You'll have to log in to your College Board account to view your scores. If your ordered the Question-and-Answer Service, you can also wait for the packet with the original test questions and your scores to arrive in the mail.
I've taken every test that I tutor, and I aim to achieve a perfect score on every test. Here's my progress to date.

SAT Chemistry: 800 AP Chemistry: 5
AP Computer Science: 5
AP English Literature: 5
AP English Language: 5
AP Environmental Science: 5
AP Biology: 5
AP Computer Science Principles: 5
I've still got a few to go:
GRE Quant: 170 (official practice test, perfect score)
GRE Verbal: 167 (official practice test, 98th percentile)
Aside from test scores, I have an M.S. from Stanford University, a B.S. from U.C. Berkeley, a teaching credential, and 20 years of teaching experience.
